We offer a variety of services & products including custom, handmade, vintage (some items are second hand - they will be marked as such), inspired, reps, thrifted, one of a kind, “sold as is”, up-cycled, personalized, or made to order products, please send any questions via email and we can provide additional info. We do not accept returns or cancellations of customs or personalized product orders. we do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges or refund requests for our products unless there is a specific reason related to the item’s condition; we do not accept returns or cancelations of preorder items, especially if there is no legitimate reason or physical issue. If you have questions about a product or service that JCB provides, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide additional details and photos.

Most preorder items are made/ordered from the manufacturer upon receipt of your order. We will not process until payment is received. We can do layaway or payment plans in some cases, but will not ship out goods until full payment is received. Once your order has been placed, it is considered final sale. This includes all custom, specific requests, 3rd party purchases, pre-sale & pre-order items. All purchases from our company are considered confirmation that you understand and agree to our terms of service.

JChicBoutique is not affiliated with any companies or brands incorporated in the designs you may see on our website, no such distributers, producers, or companies sponsored or endorsed the designs nor has JChicBoutique. All styles or references to any recognizable designs or styles are intended for artistic expression and/or commentary only.

Some items are vintage, one of a kind, up-cycled, thrifted, and could be made out of other materials & luxury goods - however the original items designers/owner are not affiliated, endorsing or promoting the sale of any such product or finished items. Prices listed for these goods are to account for the work that was completed, the service provided, tools & skills used, as well as the actual time taken. It is hard work to take an old item (that would likely be thrown into a landfill) and use it to make something new! What one might consider trash, we use to make new stylish accessories and accents for you!!!

We are giving it new life. We hope you will love these items, and give them the same care & love deserved!! for this reason, these items are sold in “as is” condition, and many are available as “made to order” only. Meaning payment and service discussion made in advance, then produced, then we ship.
